Massage for Sore Muscles and Pain: In a caring and calm environment, I will create a session especially for you that provides relaxation and relief from stress, sore muscles and sports related injuries. 16 years in practice.
Spinal Touch Alignment: For postural misalignment I use Spinal Touch, a gentle, polarity based treatment I may combine with Chinese Acupressure (Tuina) to give the body the information it needs to self correct. This is great for Sciatica as well as many other painful situations.
NEW! Bellanina Face Lift Massage: Deeply relaxing and luxuriously pampering, a Bellanina Face Lift Massage is a wonderful way to rejuvenate, tone and hydrate your face & neck. The finishing touches include: massage of shoulders, hands & feet.

This month's Ladies Journal describes the many ways massage enhances our health, "New research confirms that massage has many health-boosting effects including reducing heart rate; lowering blood pressure; increasing circulation and lymph flow; relaxing muscles; improving range of motion; boosting the immune system; and increasing endorphins."  Learn more about this study that found massage was an effective treatment for patients with chronic lower back pain at the following website, http://www.amtamassage.org/news/enhancehealth.html.
Thai Yoga Massage is now available with Ambrosia.  This Eastern style sports massage combines rhythmic compressions and nurturing stretches.  Thai Yoga Massage is especially effective for treating areas of stiffness in the body and leaves you feeling energized!

Ease of mind requires ease of movement!
Whether for the clarity and focus to get through or heal from a stressful time period, for assurance that your body is ready for competition or sports performance, or simply for enjoyment of your day-to-day life, having healthy and comfortable movement is a necessity. Massage facilitates this by using natural, instinctive and systematic maneuvering of the soft tissues of the body to increase circulation and lymph flow, reduce pain, tension and muscle soreness, and to increase mobility. The rewards of participation in massage also include increased energy and relaxation, a sense of well-being, and improved sleep. Massage is here to improve your quality of everyday life. Experience the benefits!
Sarah Ball, Nationally Certified, L.M.T. offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point, and Chair Massage tailored to your needs often using a combination of some or all modalities. Enthusiastic and committed to assisting your body towards health and vitality.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork, combining oils or lotion and strokes such as gliding, rolling, kneading, and gentle percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.
Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that uses focused pressure to stimulate and release “trigger points” or tender areas of tension occurring in the belly of the muscle tissue. These ‘knots’ are built up throughout a person’s life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress.  This process can be uncomfortable at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
Deep Tissue Massage aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body, releasing areas of chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure the technique isn’t too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the tissue during the session.
Chair Massage is a type of massage done on a massage chair instead of a table.  This is a more portable way to do massage and is more comfortable for some clients because they do not have to disrobe at all. Chair massage involves more compression and kneading than the long, fluid strokes you would receive from a massage on the table.
