Community Health Fair

Allen Memorial Hospital is sponsoring the Third Annual Community Health Fair Saturday, May 5. The fair will provide health screenings, educational materials,and other essential information for healthy living from many of the area professionals.

Blood screenings in association with the health fair will be offered at a significant discount by the hospital. The low-cost health screenings include a full blood chemistry profile, lipid panel,complete blood count and thyroid testing for the health fair rate of $50.00 cash.

The health fair blood screens will be drawn prior to the event beginning:

April 9 through April 20
Canyonlands Medical Center
630 West 400 North, Suite B

Blood draws will be provided between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. weekdays only during the above dates. A twelve-hour fast is recommended for best results. The reduced rate for the screening is only available through the health fair provided as specified above. Test results will be available at the May 5 health fair.
