Happy Birthday to Taurus and Gemini people this month!

Happy Spring! Or is it Summer? Wow, the last few months have been crazy and cathartic! Well onward to the heat of summer and a more relaxed state. Thank goodness Mercury is now direct and cleaning up whatever got stirred for you last month. Starting on the 1st, Mars enters its own sign, Aries. Mars is raring to go, to take action and get some stuff done. That stuff we bumbled around on last month.

On the 2nd, Pluto, the planet of “Death and Rebirth” will go retrograde until October. So, we will be revisiting some parts of our lives that need a final breakdown in order to rebuild. The good news is that this is the last pass in this area! Good job, you are almost to the finish line. The Eclipse energies continue to assist us in our final transformations as well, we will feel this powerful assistance for up to 6 months.

This month we experience the strong influence of Taurus, as there are 3 planets and the Sun in this abundant resource oriented earth sign. Mercury will join mid month bringing what he digested in Aries last month to this Taurean party. Taurus is the bull, yes, kind of stubborn and slow, but steady. Taurus enjoys “Quality not Quantity” and will plan or strive for only the best. Jupiter and Venus, both planets of abundance, will be moving quickly and exiting Taurus at the end of the month, but will finish giving you the optimism and love for what you need to work toward in acquiring your dreams. You may even feel extra romantic with both Jupiter and Venus in Taurus, a great time for planning and acting on your romantic interests.

A New Moon in Taurus on the 7th, ushers in new beginnings. Are you desiring to bring more love or quality to your relationships? Perhaps an upgrade in your income or housing? Invoke it now so that it may culminate at the Full Moon this month.

Happy Mothers Day! May 12th brings an air of unexpected surprises, and overall good energy! Definitely a good flower day, or a time to travel to visit Mum!

Pay attention to the big energy on the 18th and 19th as 4 planets do the tango, bringing unexpected good times or an unforeseen win. (Sorry to say, but this is a tense time for Aquarius and Leo.).

The Sun enters multi focused Gemini on the 21st, giving more thought and words to our lives.

On this Full Moon day Venus enters Gemini and Jupiter a few days later. Your interests will now change… you will feel like socializing and getting ready for the summer plans.

Gemini is a fast paced sign, which we are ready for after resting up in Taurus energy for the last few weeks.

We rap up the month with Memorial Day on the 27th. This year’s energy will actually help you enjoy the crowds, no matter where you are.

Aries (Fire) Sun Moon, Rising— March 21-April 19
Take a break this month, rest up from all the activity and chaos last month. You deserve to pamper yourself with something physical, a strenuous hike? Mars is moving through your sign feeling strong and powerful. You will be magnetic to others this month. You will especially shine from the 21st - 31st. The Full moon is benefitting you as well! Take advantage of the celestial ease and take a risk on yourself.

Taurus (Earth) Sun Moon Rising— April 20-May 20
You are especially magnetic the first 3 weeks of May. You will be popular with friends, lovers and bosses. This is a good time to network for something you are planning to expand or create. The New Moon is in your sign, use this blessing, don’t waste it. After the Full Moon, the energy shifts to Gemini, and you will get some rest as the spotlight is now off you. Plan to take care of your body, you will need it next month!

Gemini (Air) Sun Moon Rising—May 21-June 20
The energy is building up all month, and you will be celebrated after the Full Moon. Take good care of yourself this month as you will need your energy in June. There may be some tension at work or with an authority figure, and optimism is your secret sauce with this one.

Cancer (Water) Sun Moon Rising—June 21-July 22
There is some mental tension triggering you for the first 2 weeks but will shift on the 15th. Work on those personal boundaries, think about your own wellbeing. Make some plans to take more action at work. Perhaps learning or practicing metaphysical techniques or meditation will provide the ease you need to be anchored calmly in your body. Self care and nurturing your body is beneficial at this time.

Leo (Fire) Sun Moon Rising—July 23-August 22
As the Aries (fire sign) energy wanes and Taurus builds (Earth) you may feel some let down or tension. Stubborn people irritate you. Practice breathing exercises to build your fire and will power. Remember to use your cunning intelligence in tense times. The Fire sign Full moon will energize you. Until then, you do you. Stay in your lane. Be especially mindful on the 18/19th. These 2 days are not good days to space out. Seriously.

Virgo (Earth) Sun Moon Rising—August 23-September 22
Enjoy the first 3 weeks of May. All this Earth sign energy is enlivening you and gardening or health choices are stimulated now. After the Full Moon, the stimulation will change and you may be challenged more at work. Your ruler, Mercury will be in Taurus in the 2nd half of the month, so use your wits and wisdom to deal with any challenges. Curb any sharp words to instead be methodically thought out and creative. This could make an impression with an authority figure. Woo hoo!

Libra (Air) Sun Moon Rising—September 23-October 22
Practice your strength of Balance as Mars is stirring up someone in your environment. You will be asked to see their point of view. But this does not mean to give up yours, simply to be aware of both. The energies in Taurus are beneficial for you as your co-ruler Venus is in her other sign. Consider what you value in your environment? Your body? Are you taking the steps to be in balance? Time to consider if your finances are free to your use or locked up, if not this is an excellent time for a shift.

Scorpio (Water) Sun Moon Rising—October 23-November 21
All this energy in your opposite sign, Taurus, is a bit confronting. Power plays? maybe. But you are good at that game. All I can say is stay in your own lane. Wait it out. Breathe, walk, eat, sleep. Sagittarius (Fire) Sun Moon Rising—November 22-December 21
Daily tasks and routines have been a focus for you. It’s time to get real and actually do the things instead of dreaming about them. Dreams are good, but take physical steps to actualize. The Full moon in your sign will be asking you to look deeper into your identity. Time for an upgrade in who you think you are. End of the month is a bit more freeing, but may be full of superficial conversations. Practice your tolerant listening skills with others. Eat more root vegetables.

Capricorn (Earth) Sun Moon Rising—December 22-January 19
The themes for you this month are home, children and creative endeavors. Finish up what you started last month and create an environment that you love. Take a trip, have some fun, and enjoy the lovely weather. You are blessed with the New Moon and the energies in Taurus until the 21st. Then you will feel the shift. Remember to laugh and socialize even with your coworkers.

Aquarius (Air) Sun Moon Rising—Jan 20-Feb 18
This may be a tense month for you, remember self care to keep your nerves flexible. Be especially careful on the 18th/19th. Social gatherings may be difficult. If a relationship starts now, it will not last, or it may bruise your ego. If you really want it, you will have to re-assess something big. You will experience a well welcomed relief after the 21st. Pisces (Water) Sun Moon Rising—Feb 19-March 20
Saturn is helping you for the next year to take important steps in building the life you really want and deserve. There may be some restructuring necessary in your finances or financial goals, but you have the patience and time to do this. You could benefit by using this New Moon to assist you with goals. Making a pro/con list of your goals or even writing what you want and why. Be sure to speak it outloud to really amp up the creative heart energy.
